Naan bread Pizza and field greens salad

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

1 pack 4 count naan bread
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 baby Bella mushrooms sliced (optional)
1/2 small bell pepper {green or red} (optional)
1 1/2 cup of turkey pepperoni or
1 1/2 cup of turkey sausage links diced
1 small zucchini shredded (optional)

Directions: preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Dress your naan bread by adding sauce a tablespoon at a time in a circular motion. Add cheese then other desired toppings. ( the possibilities are limitless- try pesto and chicken with Parmesan cheese, so amazing) bake for 15 minutes and done.

Naan pizzas are one of my favorite dinners. I cover it in a solid blanket of pepperoni and whatever that spice is that goes on pizza. 8-)

It's a no fail fav of the boys. Although, X-man peels off most of his topping and eats them separately.

Do you ever worry it's because he's privy to insider knowledge that we're ignorant of? What if we've been doing it wrong all these years?
